The new Powercolor HD 6970 X2 features a non-reference PCB and comes with a custom dual-slot/dual-fan cooler. It has a total of 3072 stream processors and works at 880MHz for each of GPU. The card features 4GB of GDDR5 memory clocked at 5500MHz and paired up with a dual 256-bit memory interface. The backplate features DVI, HDMI and two mini DisplayPort outputs. The card also requires 3 x 8pin PCI-E power connectors. Powercolor still hasn't releases the price of the card.
